Data Governance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Governance Manager at Lotte Finance Vietnam, located in Phường Liễu Giai. The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, and managing master data. Key tasks include setting data management policies, conducting data quality assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-related compliance and regulatory initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Data Governance and ability to establish and implement effective data governance frameworks
• Proven expertise in Data Quality and Data Management processes
• Proficiency in Master Data Management practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and accurately analyze complex data
• Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to data governance
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the finance industry and familiarity with associated data sensitivity is a plus
