Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

To drive end-to-end talent acquisition across Vietnam by delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for both Corporate and Retail functions, including early career hiring needs. This role partners closely with business to build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and provide a clear talent acquisition across Vietnam to support workforce planning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across both Corporate and Retail functions, from briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Drive and support workforce planning, retail challenges, and volume recruitment priorities to ensure the retail organization is well positioned to support Vietnam's growth agenda.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders to strengthen market visibility, attract diverse talent, and position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Support Early Careers recruitment initiatives including internships, graduate hiring, campus engagement, and partnership with internal stakeholders to build sustainable entry-level talent pipelines.
  • Provide talent acquisition oversight and reporting, including recruitment activity, hiring trends, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and key market insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience across all hiring stages, while maintaining strong communication with candidates, hiring teams, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment processes, assessments, and offers are aligned with internal policies, local market practices, and compliance requirements across the relevant SEA markets.
  • Lead and champion a consistent, engaging onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization and strong alignment with team and business expectations.
  • Collaborate with Emerging Market (EM) and Global Talent Acquisition teams to share best practices, align on priorities, and support broader TA projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and support local HR events and activations as part of broader HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

  • Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition expertise across both Corporate and Retail hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and stakeholder advisory.
  • Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, and early careers initiatives, with the ability to translate business needs into compelling market-facing messages, campus engagement activities, and hiring campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide a meaningful TA overview for stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and candidate management skills, with a strong focus on quality and experience.
  • Well-organized, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably across both corporate and retail hiring within an international organization.
  • Prior HRBP experience with strong talent acquisition experience is preferred.
  • English fluent, both written and spoken.
