Team Size: Lead a Talent Acquisition team of 6 headcounts, including 2 recruiters responsible for office hiring and 4 recruiters responsible for factory worker recruitment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and manpower requirements.
- Build, develop, and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels; proactively conduct talent mapping and establish talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Oversee both office recruitment and mass hiring activities to ensure an adequate workforce supply for manufacturing operations.
- Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice and enhance talent attraction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment partners, professional networks, and other external talent sources.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, analyze hiring trends, and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Standardize, optimize, and ensure compliance of recruitment processes, policies, and practices with company regulations and best practices.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance recruitment capabilities and overall team performance.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports, workforce insights, and strategic recommendations for the HR Director.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Strong experience in both professional hiring and mass recruitment
- Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in headhunting firm, manufacturing, garment, textile, retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and business managers
- Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, campus recruitment, and workforce planning is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data for decision-making
- Good command of English communication
