Job Description

Location: Tan Binh Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City

Team Size: Lead a Talent Acquisition team of 6 headcounts, including 2 recruiters responsible for office hiring and 4 recruiters responsible for factory worker recruitment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
  2. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and manpower requirements.
  3. Build, develop, and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels; proactively conduct talent mapping and establish talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  4. Oversee both office recruitment and mass hiring activities to ensure an adequate workforce supply for manufacturing operations.
  5. Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  6. Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice and enhance talent attraction.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment partners, professional networks, and other external talent sources.
  8. Monitor recruitment performance metrics, analyze hiring trends, and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.
  9. Standardize, optimize, and ensure compliance of recruitment processes, policies, and practices with company regulations and best practices.
  10. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance recruitment capabilities and overall team performance.
  11. Prepare regular recruitment reports, workforce insights, and strategic recommendations for the HR Director.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
  3. Strong experience in both professional hiring and mass recruitment
  4. Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
  5. Experience in headhunting firm, manufacturing, garment, textile, retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  6. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and business managers
  7. Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, campus recruitment, and workforce planning is an advantage
  8. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data for decision-making
  9. Good command of English communication
  10. Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented leadership style
