Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- This position provides technical expertise and knowledge to solve problems in the Front-End area. This position will work as an expert mechanical process in manufacturing. Ensure machines operate smoothly, collect, and analyze data to improve further.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in one of following major: Material Technology.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in machining processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Preferable in mechanical part or semiconductor manufacturing.
Skills
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
- Basic project management
- Familiar with Technical change management (ECR, ECO, ECN, etc)
- Ability to use English for workplace communication.
Working Conditions
- Exposure to some of chemicals and machine oils. Works in manufacturing environment
Safety Requirements
All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
