Overview: The Performance Management and MIS role is responsible for analyzing retail segment performance to support strategic planning for the Retail Bank business franchise. You will drive and manage sales performance, including associated risks, through advanced analytics.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Support the setting of strategic business direction by conducting ongoing market analysis to ascertain competitive positioning and identify potential risks.
- Maintain a pulse on internal and external market developments to forecast trends and identify early warning signals for product and sales strategies.
- Manage performance risks through analytics, developing tactical campaigns with business units to close gaps and ensure alignment with Product & Sales strategy.
Performance Drivers & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Oversee key performance drivers, including revenue & expense goals, productivity, and incentive management across all channels.
- Collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and Sales channels to support data management, enhance productivity, and facilitate audit requirements.
- Lead the coordination between multiple stakeholders to find creative solutions and ensure timely delivery of implementation plans.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- 4+ years in business analytics, strategic planning, or performance management.
- Expert in Spreadsheets and computation; knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability with effective written and alternative communication skills.
