JOB SUMMARY
Operations & Performance Analytics Manager will be responsible for the oversight, processing & settlement of all fund/portfolio transactions made in the organization. Dealing with internal and external clients to manage all matters related to Operations and Performance functions within expectation of the company's best interest.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operations

• Maintaining and developing operational policies, procedures and processes to ensure accurate and timely production of fund operations, fund admin, fund accounting & settlement.
• Addressing errors immediately and offering solutions to ensure effective day to day delivery.

Cash Management & Back Office Support

• Overseeing portfolio cash and securities management to ensure all investment transactions are timely and correctly executed.
• Executing in collaboration with the back-office functions including Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing, IT…
• Managing ad-hoc projects and implementation of new systems.

Regulatory and Client Reporting

• Establishing & maintaining client reports on reporting tools.
• Providing regular reports to Clients & Regional Management Team with key information and insight into contribution matters.

Portfolio Performance & Attribution Analytics

• Maintaining, configuring and validating performance attribution setup and outputs across various asset classes to ensure accurate performance results.
• Measuring performance attribution against benchmark & MIS.
• Evaluating portfolio activities over a performance period.

Operational Risk Management

• Assessing risk against historical data & operational activities.
• Supporting Risk Manager regarding to implementing risk framework and policies.
• Providing effective auditing of fund transactions, controls, and operations of the finance organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of experience in fund operations within financial services or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of asset management processes.
• A comprehensive knowledge of investment products and performance measurement techniques particularly around equity and fixed income attribution solutions.
• Proven quantitative skills with the ability to maintain, calibrate and validate performance attribution methodologies and outputs across various asset classes.
• Experience with program administration, project management and information systems technology.
• Executive level communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
• Possessing a Bachelor's degree (Mater degree is preferable) from an accredited college and/or university (preferably in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting)
