Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Manage all financial activities including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Month-End and Year-End Closing: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with insight commentary and suggestion to support business decision-making, strategic planning, and growth.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and group policies.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Maintain, develop, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and control to ensure compliance with regulatory, group policies requirements, and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Process improvement: identify and continuously improvement to financial reporting, simplify processes with innovative automation related systems.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the accounting staff, ensuring efficient operations and reliable financial data production.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounting in Multi Culture Manufacturing industry, SAP or ERP experience is plus.
- Good in English communication is a MUST.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
- Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
- Good in Excel and MS office.
