JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data Foundations, Analytics & Structuring (20%)
- Support the mapping and restructuring of fragmented data sources across departments.
- Assist in designing simple, scalable data structures and models for reporting and analytics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent) to support business and management needs.
- Work with business users to define and structure datasets for analysis.
- Contribute to data documentation, quality standards, and basic governance practices.
- Provide input into data structuring principles and best practices.
Digital Automation & AI Enablement (40%)
- Design and build automation workflows using Power Automate or similar tools to reduce manual processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement low-code solutions across departments.
- Develop and configure AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio agents, AI workflow tools) for internal use cases.
- Integrate automation and AI solutions with M365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps).
- Document and maintain automation solutions, ensuring reusability and scalability.
- Define automation standards, reusable patterns, and solution design guidelines.
- Contribute to scaling successful solutions across multiple teams.
Digital Enablement, Training & Community Building (40%)

REQUIREMENT
Education & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
- 3–8+ years of experience, depending on role level and scope
- Background in digital transformation, business analytics, or automation projects
Technical Skills
- Required:
- Experience in data analysis and visualization (Power BI preferred).
- Good understanding of data modeling, SQL, or data structuring concepts.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate or similar).
- Familiarity with M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Copilot Studio or AI/chatbot solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps or low-code platforms.
- Exposure to automation scaling or solution standardization.

- Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
