HVAC & Building Control Operations
- Ensure Passenger Terminal Building systems: HAVC plants, air handling units, ventilation systems and the associated controls operate within defined performance and safety parameters to support continuous airport operations.
- Maintain oversight of Passenger Terminal Building system management systems to identify alarms, abnormal trends, and control issues that may affect passenger comfort, safety or system stability.
- Direct and approve operational responses to Passenger Terminal Building systems: HVAC or control system abnormalities or failures, including load reduction, equipment isolation, system switching, and recovery actions, balancing technical risk with operational impact.
- Provide cross-shift governance to ensure that unresolved system issues, temporary fixes and operational risks are clearly handed over, tracked and followed through.
Maintenance of Mechanical & Control Assets
- Set maintenance priorities for Passenger Terminal Building systems: HVAC and control equipment based on system criticality, operational risk and potential impact to airport facilities
