Reports to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and external contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and space utilization projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including cost control and vendor negotiations.
- Monitor and optimize energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for crisis situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 68 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience working in multinational companies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed
