Planning, implementation and follow-up for various marketing activities and events from idea to execution to drive traffic to the mall and boost sales.
Collaborate with external partners (tenant, agency, media etc.) and internal departments such as Leasing, Operation, Customer Services and Finance etc. to produce relevant campaigns for all marketing activities.
Manage event agencies (as and when appointed by the company), day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Identify partnership opportunities between Estella Place and various trade and media stakeholders.
Manage event spaces/POSM leasing contracts, and payment.
Budget utilization, reports and managing the documentation process for procurement.
Other marketing-related projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or related industries.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Advertising & Promotion, Event or Marketing. Background in retail or shopping mall is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and the ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with crisis situations in an appropriate manner.
Ability to engage teammates and cross-functional members in a collaborative manner.
