Mall Quality Improvement & AI Project Management - Operations, Shopee

• Lead AI project implementation by providing domain knowledge technical use cases and defining terminology and logic to support model training and optimization.
• Collect consolidate and analyze Mall feature feedback from internal teams and BPO and conduct UAT to validate functionality and business impact.
• Propose new feature requests with clear impact sizing and business justification to drive prioritization.
• Drive Mall process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps gathering cross functional feedback and implementing optimized workflows.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis reporting and proposal preparation for operational or strategic initiatives.

• AI project progress delivered on timeline with model accuracy 90%.
• UAT quality and timely completion rate.
• Feature request acceptance prioritization rate.
• Process improvement impact such as SLA improvement error reduction or efficiency gain.

• 2+ years of experience in e commerce operations compliance or process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate operational knowledge into system logic.
• Experience in UAT feature feedback consolidation or product collaboration is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel Google Sheets with ability to build structured analysis and impact sizing.
• Strong communications and stakeholder alignment skills across Product Ops and BPO teams.
