- Most of spare parts which are not available and are specified items in local market. It takes time to purchase for replacement.
- Most of maintenance activities which are performed on week-end days because filling work cannot be stopped during working days.

- Key Activities:
- Develop and perform the preventive maintenance program for all equipment to reduce shutdown time of machines
- Supervise the Maintenance team and contractors to do maintenance or fix any trouble shooting of facilities, equipment etc. ..
- Ensure all engineering documents/drawings, safety critical drawings maintained in good condition and up-to-date.
- Ensure keeping spare parts of equipment/machine in good conditions and being used correctly and safely
- Ensure all operating licenses of measurement devices are in valid and up to date.
- Work with Local Authorized Inspectors to carry out the inspection, re-certification of tanks, pipelines and equipment as appropriate.
- Establish operation/startup/shutdown procedures, checklist, service schedule and maintenance procedures.
- Manage to reduce machine downtime, improve performance of machines and advance preventative maintenance on electrical components and machines.
- Manage the contractors who are working on the projects in the plant in safety and effective manner.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and initiate appropriate actions to be followed in correcting causes.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE regulations and policy. Maintain good housekeeping within assigned area.
- Back up for loading master to receive the LPG vessel
- Provide training and coaching to develop the maintenance team
- Prepare the Critical Safety Devices list and execute the proper preventive maintenance program following the schedule to ensure operation safely and smoothly.
- Manage CMMS, make sure it work well
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
Profil du candidat
- Graduated from relevant majors in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
- Have at least 5 years experience in manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience in power distribution, instrumentation and controls in factories such as control valves, conveyors, packaging system, temperature and pressure related equipment, level monitoring equipment, analyzers, SCADA, Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), etc.
- Ability to read, write and speak English & Vietnamese fluently.
- Computer skill in relating fields AutoCAD, MS Office suite
- Analytical and problem solving skills; critical thinking, honest and hardworking.
