Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phu My Ward, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the warehouse and office facilities. This role includes planning and coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring timely repair of equipment and infrastructure to support continuous operations. The Maintenance Manager will monitor equipment performance, manage maintenance schedules, and work closely with operations leadership to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining maintenance records, managing spare parts and tools, liaising with external service providers, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for warehouse machinery, building systems, and material handling equipment.
- Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management, including planning, scheduling, and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial facility maintenance is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, facility standards, and basic electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond effectively to urgent maintenance issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and external vendors; basic proficiency in relevant computer systems and maintenance software is a plus.
- A technical diploma or degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
