Machining Supervisor

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Preside over team morning meetings, disseminate work tasks, process discipline, work regulations, company documents, quality reports, 5S and safety management requirements, and organize regular training for subordinates.

2. Production Organization: Arrange on-site production arrangements and implement weekly production plans in accordance with the production schedule. Timely check material availability, allocate personnel and equipment for production, and guide the production of qualified products.

3. Process Guidance: Instruct operators to adopt standard working methods to achieve the zero-defect target for weekly machining pass rate.

4. Maintain on-site production management, safety management and equipment management; conduct unscheduled inspections on the implementation of workshop department documents and company regulations, and rectify identified problems in a timely manner. Complete material handling required for smooth production, perform daily maintenance of forklifts to ensure they are kept in optimal working condition.

5. Working Hour Management: Regularly convert non-standard working hours into standard working hours.

II. Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or other related disciplines.

2. At least 3 years of production management experience in valve parts machining or welding, with more than 1 year of forklift driving experience.

3. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of various mechanical equipment, mechanical machining processes, and assembly principles of various valves; proficient in mechanical drawing and the use of various cutting tools; familiar with the principles, application scope and key process points of various welding methods, as well as the welding processes of commonly used Neway valve materials.

4. Outgoing personality with good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, patience and excellent learning ability.

5. Be able to communicate in either English or Chinese.
