Job DescriptionBusiness Analysis & Process Automation (≈30%)

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Gather and document formal business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions on Power Platform, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, etc.
Perform process mapping and workflow analysis.
Develop AI automation use cases aligned with corporate business goals.
Organize workshops with internal departments.
Support change management and AI adoption initiatives.

AI & Power Platform Development (≈70%)

Design and develop Power Apps applications to support digital business workflows.
Build Power Automate flows to automate processes, approvals, and integrations.
Develop AI copilots and conversational agents using Copilot Studio.
Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into enterprise workflows.
Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and external APIs.
Build AI-assisted automation scenarios combining Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise data.
Develop and maintain reusable workflows and solution templates.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and compliant with Power Platform governance.
Monitor solution performance and implement improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
Stay updated on the latest capabilities of Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.

Job Requirements

3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, and external APIs.
Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) to automate operational processes is a significant plus.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Proficient in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
Experience participating in automation or digital transformation projects within a corporate environment.
