Job Description
What You Will Do
- Capacity Planning & Layout Design: Monitor warehouse capacity, throughput, and utilization trends to identify bottlenecks; participate in designing optimal warehouse layouts and coverage models to maximize logistics flow efficiency.
- Process Driven & Optimization: Standardize and continuously improve logistics workflows to ensure network capacity, speed and cost efficiency.
- Network-Level Solution Design: Solve complex supply chain bottlenecks by breaking down problems into key drivers and simulating scenarios.
- Actionable Execution: Translate strategic solutions into clear, phased action plans and actively support project implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Planning, BI, OPEX teams to deliver critical infrastructure and network initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare high-quality analyses, materials, and executive updates to support key leadership decisions.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions
- Ability to connect the dots across data, operations, and business context
- Resilient and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Open-minded and adaptable, with a strong willingness to challenge existing ways of working and drive change
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Nice to have
- Experience in e-Logistics, or multi-region supply chains
- Exposure to Logistics Network Design or related topics
- Experience working in cross-functional projects
- Strong Excel / SQL / BI skills.
