Job Description:

Managing end-to-end cross-border logistics operations with emphasis on improving cost economics - from air shipping from Korea to destination countries, B2C import customs clearance, overseeing last mile, including firstmile
Managing Korea/Japan 3PL logistics vendors - setting SOPs, ensuring service performance level and managing agent KPI(e.g negotiating rates, system integration projects etc)
Enhancing overall logistics process and reducing end-to-end lead time by analyzing data, discovering operational difficulties, and implementing improvement ideas for execution and delivering results/biz impact
Communicating & educating both internal and external stakeholders on any new logistics-related processes and policies

Requirements:

3-5 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in cross-border logistics and ecommerce industry involving B2C parcel deliveries
Experience in export and import process ex Korea to Southeast Asia markets will be advantageous
Logical problem-solving skills are highly required to identify key issues and options we can take
Proficiency in verbal/written English to facilitate dynamic collaboration with stakeholders across the region, supported by strong communication skills
Good team player who exhibits a doer attitude and self-driven to try new approaches
Data management/analysis skills needed
