About The Team
The Operations Department at Shopee oversees the end-to-end process, from the moment a buyer searches for a product until the item is delivered. The team also monitors and analyzes KPIs across the region, investigating and evaluating root causes when operational issues arise. Its sub-divisions include Customer Service, Payments, Listings, Logistics, Seller Support Systems, and Fraud Management.
Job Description
- Collaboration with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
- Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
- Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
- Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, reduce shipping costs, and enhance delivery speed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- From 2 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written). Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
