Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare import and export documents, ensure completeness of shipping documents (prepare relevant documents according to order requirements)
- Arrange import and export matters, be familiar with domestic and international logistics operations, and ensure timely shipment and arrival of goods (arrange commodity inspection, booking, customs declaration, and other related matters).
- Cooperate with the work of the Commodity Inspection Bureau and Customs, and promptly communicate relevant latest regulations and documents.
- After shipment completion, promptly submit relevant shipping documents (packing list, invoice) to the corresponding salesperson.
- Be familiar with various payment methods. For L/C payments, be responsible for L/C review and the review of presentation documents to ensure their accuracy and guarantee smooth fund collection.
- Proficient in using various trade terms, such as: CIF, DDP, etc.
- Proficient in using SAP system and digital invoice issuance system; responsible for domestic sales shipment invoicing.
- Responsible for account reconciliation and communication with freight forwarders; after reconciliation, handle invoice matters in SAP.
- Handle import operations; be familiar with operations such as return for repair and return for replacement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in trade-related or similar majors.
- Familiar with international trade and the workflow of goods import/export; possess basic financial knowledge.
- Have good coordination and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficient in using office software.
- Vietnamese candidates with educational experience in China will be given priority consideration.
- Fluent spoken Chinese and Vietnamese.
- Work conscientiously, with strong sense of responsibility, positive enthusiasm, good professional ethics, and maintain corporate confidentiality.
- Possess sensitivity to order delivery timelines.
