  • Livestream Operation & Execution
  • Coordinate, and execute marathon livestreams featuring Tier-1 KOLs and celebrities.
  • Facilitate seamless communication with MCNs to ensure content quality, smooth operations, and high audience engagement.
  • Standby during livestream & support lead to take action promptly to optimize real time performance
  • Support in compiling performance reports and suggesting areas for improvement
  • Stakeholder Partnerships:
  • Support to build and maintain collaborative relationships with MCNs, supporting mutual growth and brand alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align livestream initiatives with platform campaigns and business priorities
  • Ad-hoc task: assist the Line Manager on strategic initiatives and research related to KOLs, MCNs, or livestream trends

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, agency, livestreaming, or communication roles)
  • Strong interest in KOLs, digital content, and livestream commerce
  • Passionate, growth-oriented, and eager to take ownership

  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset
  • Curious, eager to learn, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to work under pressure and outside standard working hours

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
