Job Summary
To oversee contract governance, ensure legal compliance across commercial and operational activities, and provide timely legal advisory to mitigate risks for MCH. The role also supports dispute resolution, promotional compliance, and tax/customs advisory.
Job Responsibilities
- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- Contract Review & Legal Advisory
- Review and provide legal advice on matters related to civil, commercial, service, and labor contracts as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Provide legal consultation and support to all MCH departments regarding contract-related issues.
- Draft, review, and validate contracts in accordance with requests from MCH departments, ensuring compliance prior to approval.
- Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support
- Participate in litigation and dispute resolution processes as assigned, particularly those arising from contractual matters.
- Procurement & Tender Participation
- Participate in tender opening sessions with relevant departments in accordance with MCH procurement policies.
- PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES COMPLIANCE
- Promotion Registration & Compliance
- Review and handle administrative procedures for promotion notifications and registrations.
- Ensure full compliance and reporting of all company promotional activities as requested by Trade / Sales Operations / Brand teams.
- TAX & CUSTOMS ADVISORY
- Tax & Customs Legal Support
- Provide legal advice on tax and customs matters upon request from internal departments or during inspections/audits by authorities.
