To participate in designing and developing the Company's budget control system, report to CFO on variances from established budget and reasons for those variances.
To establish and maintain financial procedures and ensuring compliance with these procedures by reviewing internal controls and implement new procedures if necessary to safeguard company's assets and to ensure all business transactions are being recorded in proper manner.
To interpret the Company's results and recommend improvement activities including but not limited to the ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the Company.
To engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
To participate in all company accounting and finance related projects.

Qualifications
Requirements
University degree, major in accounting & finance
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, Power Query
Experience as Finance Analyst, FP&A assistant with foreign-invested company; Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
