Job Description

I. Main Responsibilities

  • Review and verify contracts and transaction documents to ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the Management Board and other departments.
  • Develop and implement legal guidelines and compliance frameworks for the company's business operations.
  • Draft, update, and manage contract templates and internal legal documents.
  • Monitor, interpret, and update changes in laws and regulations related to the company's business.
  • Liaise with external law firms or consultants on specialized legal matters when required.
  • Perform other legal duties as assigned by Line Manager.

II. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (Lawyer Certificate required).
  • At least 5 years of legal experience, including 3 years in Legal Counsel/Supervisor/Manager roles.
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance, contracts, and business law.
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ethical, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
