JOB DESCRIPTION
- Legal Consulting:Advise various departments on legal matters related to management and business operations.
- Document Review:Draft and review legal documents (e.g., contracts, policies, regulations) to ensure they are legally sound and follow company standards.
- Compliance:Monitor and enforce legal compliance across all departments, proactively identifying and preventing potential risks.
- Dispute Resolution:Handle and resolve disputes, complaints, and lawsuits, both internally and externally, in coordination with other departments and external legal partners.
- IP and Business Registration:Manage intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights) and handle business registration tasks (company establishment, changes, and licensing).
- External Relations:Maintain relationships with government agencies and external law firms to support the companys legal needs.
- Internal Support:Provide legal updates and guidance, participate in company projects, and maintain confidential legal information.
- Reporting: Report on legal activities to the direct manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Law is required.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar legal counsel or corporate legal role is preferred.
- Work Style: Proactive, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
