Job Description

*JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Management Tasks

  • To support Senior Leasing Manager to achieve:
  • Lease vacant space according to leasing plan/ schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames according to defined retailer mix and target.
  • Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
  • Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the mall.
  • Fine tuning of retailer mix whenever is possible by visiting prospect regularly and have an updated waiting.
  • Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to companys regulations and procedures.

Key/ Functional & Admin activities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
  • Coordinate with retailers on a daily basis to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with tenants for submission of required documents and information before handover.
  • Support communication between the stores/mall and tenants during fit-out and operational stages.
  • Coordinate with other Departments to ensure effective and efficient operation of the store/mall.
  • Follow up with accounting team in collecting rental to avoid the overdue payment.
  • Provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Leasing Department. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes for the Leasing Department.
  • Update and maintain leasing databases and trackers.

  • Other tasks requested by Line Manager

*REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Business related subjects preferable.
  • Preferred experience within the retail environment
  • Fluency in Vietnamese (both written and oral), preferred intermediate level in English language.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
