Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) projects. This role will provide hands-on experience in content development, training coordination, and digital learning platforms. The intern will contribute to initiatives such as the Sales Success Center as well as other capability-building programs across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(a) Content Development & Management:

  • Assist in designing, editing, and publishing learning materials (presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, quizzes, product sheets).
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational learning priorities.
  • Support translation/adaptation of content for multiple markets.

(b) Platform & Tools Support:

  • Update and maintain learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Associate Central....)
  • Collect user feedback and propose improvements to enhance learning experience (e.g., gamification, UX enhancements, completion tracking).

(c) Training & Development Coordination:

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and communication of L&D programs (virtual and in-person).
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to facilitators and trainers.
  • Track learner participation, progress, and feedback to ensure program effectiveness.

(d) Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with HR, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align learning projects with business needs.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to support rollout, communication, and learner engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Organizational Development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); knowledge of Power Apps/Planner/ Articulate/ CANVA is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Graphics/ instructional design is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in digital learning, user experience, and content design.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT:

  • On-site at Ho Chi Minh Office: Flemington Tower, 9th Floor, 182 Le Dai Hanh Street, Ward 15, District 11, HCM City.
  • Duration: 6 months
