Facilitate soft-skills training programs for employees & ensure engaging and effective learning experiences
Support the development and adaptation of training materials
Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and target audience
Manage related training logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks (training data and support reporting)
Act as the main Learning & Development (L&D) point of contact for assigned departments and support L&D-related needs (training coordination, communication, follow-ups) for these functions
Participate in or take ownership of assigned L&D projects, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely execution
Support additional activities/tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in training, HR, education, or related fields
Able to do a short soft-skills training demo before the interview
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence (or clear potential) in facilitating groups / public speaking
Structured thinking and ability to organize ideas clearly
Good coordination and time management skills
Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle logistics/tasks in parallel
Familiarity with Google tools for presentation, engagement, or basic data tracking (e.g., Google sheet, Google slide, form, survey tools)
