Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Recommend the most appropriate ERP solutions based on their needs.
  • Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and drive the sales process forward.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Track sales performance, report on metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer pain points and offer solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or a sales role.
  • Must have a background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, especially 12 years inside sales or lead gen experience (B2B preferred) in ERP / HR software solutions
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone or through digital channels.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales enablement tools. Familiarity with business software, cloud-based systems, and ERP solutions.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues in the pursuit of common goals.
