Position Description
EMS is seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding people skills to work on the Lead Management Team. The Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the Operations Team to achieve the Operations Business Objectives.
Position Responsibilities
Ensure the efficient and effective execution of the Operations Management Process and Activities consisting of:
- Lead Management
- Lead Evaluation Management
- Lead Evaluation Management
- Lead Amendment Management
- Opportunity Management
Achieve the Proposal Production Targets as follows:
- Generate 5 Active Leads Per Day
Lead Analyst Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be proficient in conducting research to gather data and information necessary for the proposal.
- Must possess self-confidence
- Must be an independent self-starter
- Must possess adequate proficiency in MS Office Automation Tools for proofreading, editing and formatting
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong analytical, organizational, and assessment skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively
Experience
- Must have at least 1 year General Work Experience
- Must have at least 2 years Work Experience in an Office Environment
Education
- BS/BA in a Scientific, Business, English, or Psychology Field
- IELTS 7.5 8.0
