Job Description:

  • Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the product category.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Brand Key Account Managers, providing guidance and support to drive their performance.
  • Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.
  • Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes.
  • Manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of brands.
  • Carry out analysis & survey to better understand account/brand requirements and behavior
  • Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong people management skills and experience in leading a team
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • An entrepreneurial, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry
