Position Overview
We are looking for a Korean / Chinese Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand the company's customer network in Vietnam.
This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys networking, building long-term business relationships, and representing the company at business communities and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new customer acquisition and business development activities in Vietnam.
- Build and expand a strong network through active participation in the Korean/ Chinese Chamber of Commerce and networking events involving Korean/ Chinese companies.
- Represent the company at business gatherings and develop relationships with potential customers and business partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through periodic customer visits.
- Attend business meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare necessary reports.
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Requirements
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong people-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, outgoing, and confident in networking and customer-facing activities.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and building professional networks.
Preferred
- Ability to communicate in Japanese.
- Daily-conversational level of English or Vietnamese.
- Understanding of Japanese business culture and working practices.
- Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.
