Job Description:
1. KOL Livestream Operation & Execution (Core Scope)
- Own end-to-end operations for Tier-1 KOL livestream sessions
- Build and manage livestream working files, timelines, trackers, and internal checklists.
- Coordinate real-time livestream execution and standby during live sessions to handle operational issues promptly.
- Support performance tracking, post-live reporting, and operational learnings.
2. Campaign & Onsite Planning Coordination
- Send and follow up onsite visibility requests (Campaign Onsite Team, Content Central, Curated Search).
- Align closely with PIC Planner, Content Central, and Engineering Ops to ensure timely setup and confirmations.
- Roll out confirmed plans to internal stakeholders clearly and on time.
- Coordinate ad-hoc affiliate account approvals with MCNs (payment, tax, contract checks).
- Maintain accurate trackers and ensure eligibility criteria are met before submission.
3. Compliance & SOS Checking
- Coordinate brand checks and advertising approval documents with SOS and internal teams.
- Ensure livestream sessions comply with platform policies and legal requirements.
- Follow up on feedback rounds and confirm final clearance before livestream go-live.
4. Documentation & Payment Follow-up:
- Track MCN payment status via KMI tracker.
- Flag delays or issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure documentation completeness for smooth monthly reconciliation.
5. Super Brand Live Coordination
- Manage 11-15 Super Brand Live sessions per month, delivering dedicated livestreams tailored to individual brands.
- Lead monthly planning and pitching for KOL/MCN selection, ensuring the best creator-brand fit for each Super Brand Live session.
- Act as the key coordination point between Brand teams and MCNs, aligning on livestream objectives, timelines, and execution requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on livestream performance, supporting post-live evaluation and optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 2+ years of experience in operations, livestream, digital marketing, agency, or e-commerce-related roles.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing tight timelines.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (trackers, timelines, status monitoring).
- Comfortable managing multiple trackers, checklists, and working files with high accuracy.
- Automation mindset: curious about improving workflows, reducing manual work, and scaling operations more efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and outside standard working hours when required (livestream support).
- Ownership-driven, proactive, and willing to learn and improve processes.
