Job Description:
Key Account Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth and scalable operations across affiliate growth and Key Account management.
1.Outsource & Program Execution Coordination (50%)
- Plan on headcount demands & manage BPOs (outsourced headcounts) to deliver assigned roles such as lead scanning, affiliate contact via calls, and others when required
- Monitor BPO KPI achievement, task completion, work quality, and escalate operational issues.
2. Operations & Process Optimization (30%)
- Standardize working flows, tracking templates and reporting structures across outsource/in-house Key Account teams.
- Identify manual bottlenecks and propose automation or workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Perform operational tasks when required (i.e. commission rate setup request, campaign tracking, etc.)
3. Affiliate Data Management & Performance Tracking (20%)
- Coordinate with BI to allocate affiliates & KPIs to outsourced/in-house KAMs
- Maintain and synchronize master tracking files and working sheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Support report preparation for leadership review.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Sales Admin, KAM Support, Business Operations, or similar roles.
- Structured thinking, strong task management & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, cross-sheet linking).
- Experience managing KPIs, tracking files with large datasets.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset.
- Comfortable working in performance-driven environments.
