As a KOL Key Account Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving Shopee's Affiliate growth by managing relationships with top-tier KOLs and KOCs, crafting effective partnership strategies, and ensuring high-impact performance across social media platforms.
You will be part of the KOL Management Teama key pillar under Shopee's Affiliate Marketing division, which is currently a top strategic priority for the company. This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-investment, high-growth team environment that blends data, creativity, and execution.
Job Description
- Manage Key Influencer Accounts: Own end-to-end relationships with top-performing KOLs/KOCs, from onboarding to performance tracking and engagement.
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and partners to plan and execute KOL campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze data to evaluate campaign impact and continuously improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams to align campaign goals and streamline influencer operations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, content formats, and competitor programs to keep Shopee ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing
- Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators.
- Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy.
