JOB PURPOSE
- Develop and implement sale strategies to generate revenue with monthly/quarterly/annual sales report/target.
- Be proactive in developing and identifying potential customers and capture business opportunities in different markets/sectors by using appropriate tools.
- Prepare offer to customer and suggest pricing strategy.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Be responsible for preparing budgets and sales forecasts.
- Keep good connections to existing customers.
- Seek new potential sales leads, approach efficiently and follow-up closely.
- Work closely with technical service, R&D team to offer the right solution for customers.
- Collect and analyze market competition info to support sales decision.
- Follow and ensure the fulfillment of the contract and the completion of the contract until the contract(s) get paid.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (Technical backgound is prefered)
- Fluent in Japanese and English (4 skills) is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Project/Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Work Experience
Must have experience in the automotive market with proper connections or past experience with Japanese
Vehicles manufacturers
Has a good network in electronic/motor vehicle purchase channels and wide connection with local
factories
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Having at least 5 years experience in similar postion 10 years in sales
