• Lead importation and market entry of international cosmetic brands
• Manage key accounts (modern trade, beauty chains, drugstores)
• Drive product listing, promotions, and in-store execution
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support brand launches
• Work closely with distributors and monitor sales performance

• 37 years in cosmetics / beauty / FMCG
• Experience in key account management (modern trade preferred)
• Strong understanding of Vietnam retail or distributor network
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
