Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Group Key Account Manager oversees key customers in modern off trade channel to develop and execute Category/ Channel Strategy how to link with Customer Strategies not only to gain win-win cooperation but also to strengthen Heineken No. 1 position in MOFT.

You will be a passionate advocate of the Heineken company brands, a commercial goal-achiever, capable of handling multiple projects and capable of dealing with a rapidly changing route to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key MOFT customers within the assigned area.
  • Gain a deep understanding of both customer strategies and company/category objectives to deliver tailored business recommendationsespecially for innovation initiatives.
  • Lead trading term negotiations in line with company guidelines.
  • Drive Heineken's in-store presence, championing category leadership and introducing new category ideas.
  • Ensure comprehensive product coverage, optimal distribution, and effective merchandising in stores.
  • Guide and support the operations team to meet targets and achieve volume objectives through flawless execution.
  • Organize and prepare for key meetings throughout the year, including T2T, JBP, and business reviews, while coaching direct reports to deliver on team goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MOFT FMCG, with a proven track record in channel development and key customer management
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling trading terms and commercial agreements
  • Demonstrated excellence in execution, ensuring consistent coverage, distribution, and merchandising of products
  • Advanced financial and analytical abilities to drive commercial decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both persuasive and effective, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, proactive approach, and results-oriented attitude
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed performance goals, with an openness to learning and continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English required
