Job description
- Support and advise international business clients on company formation, restructuring, bank account opening, business licenses, and compliance needs.
- Provide tailored offshore and international solutions aligned with client business goals, including nominee director/shareholder services and payment solutions.
- Consult with clients via chat, calls, e-meetings, and email, guiding them through setup and expansion processes.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, long-term relationships, and client retention.
- Achieve sales and business targets through consultative sales and structured pipeline management.
- Collaborate with managers, leaders, and cross-functional teams (compliance, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Support internal training initiatives, sharing knowledge of new processes and supporting team members.
- Stay updated on international business trends, financial regulations, and corporate structuring opportunities to provide proactive client solutions.
WORKING HOURS:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales or account management, ideally in banking, financial consulting, or related corporate services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Client-first mindset with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple, practical terms.
- Comfortable working with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and C-level stakeholders across diverse industries.
- Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent in English is a must (cdd with IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred)
