Resolve Digital Asset Trading Concerns for Global Investors

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide real-time support to international platform users, assisting with account inquiries, technical troubleshooting, security guidance, and product-related concerns.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of BPO, customer service, or live chat support experience
  • Candidates must currently reside in Vietnam and have the legal right to work locally
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with account-related issues, technical troubleshooting, and product inquiries
  • Provide accurate guidance on cryptocurrency trading, security measures, and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow service protocols
  • Exceed performance targets while contributing to the success of the customer service team
