Job Description

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets for the assigned channel.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes for assigned customers to ensure target achievement.
  • Manage annual commercial negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to secure agreements that meet margin targets and maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with customers on accurate sales forecasting and manage reporting of actual and projected sales and margin performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve product visibility through effective merchandising (e.g. facings, eye-level placement, cost-efficient shelf positioning).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Strong relationships with Modern Trade customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
