Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets for the assigned channel.
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes for assigned customers to ensure target achievement.
Manage annual commercial negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to secure agreements that meet margin targets and maximize profitability.
Work closely with customers on accurate sales forecasting and manage reporting of actual and projected sales and margin performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve product visibility through effective merchandising (e.g. facings, eye-level placement, cost-efficient shelf positioning).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the Modern Trade channel.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
Strong relationships with Modern Trade customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
