KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1) Client Ownership & Growth 

  • Own and manage assigned client accounts as the main business contact for both operational and commercial matters.  
  • Build strong, trusted, and long-term client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and solution-oriented service.  
  • Understand client business priorities, campaign objectives, and KPIs, and translate them into effective execution plans.  
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign business reviews with clients, sharing performance results, insights, and recommendations.  
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and scope expansion within existing clients.  

2) Project Delivery & Execution Excellence 

  • Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects/accounts to ensure execution is delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) and in line with agreed quality standards.  
  • Work closely with Field Operations teams to monitor and improve coverage, compliance, visibility, productivity, and execution quality.  
  • Anticipate operational risks and resolve issues quickly to protect delivery quality and client trust.  
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, HR, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.  
  • Ensure all liquidation reports, project documentation, and close-out requirements are completed accurately and on time.  

3) Commercial & Financial Ownership 

  • Own the commercial performance of assigned accounts, including revenue, gross profit, budget control, and payment collection.  
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.  
  • Ensure budget variance remains within agreed limits and target GP% is achieved.  
  • Track billing progress and payment status in partnership with Finance, and drive collection to maintain healthy cash flow.  
  • Support proposal preparation, costing, and commercial planning to ensure competitiveness and profitability.  

4) Reporting, Data Analysis & Business Improvement 

  • Review field data and convert execution results into actionable client insights and business recommendations.  
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reports covering execution performance, coverage, compliance, visibility, productivity, and sales-related outcomes.  
  • Collaborate with the Tech/Data team to improve reporting quality, dashboard usage, and performance transparency.  
  • Use performance trends and post-campaign analysis to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen future execution plans.  

5) Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Guide, supervise, and coach Account Executives or assigned account team members to ensure high execution and service standards.  
  • Align Field Supervisors and internal teams around priorities, deadlines, and client expectations.  
  • Build a disciplined, accountable, and client-centric team culture.  
  • Support the development of team capability, collaboration, and succession readiness within the account team.  

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields.  

Experience 

  • 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Field Marketing, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or related commercial execution roles.  
  • Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, agency, or field execution environments is highly preferred.  
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects/accounts with ownership of timelines, costs, and client relationships.  
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, costing, profitability, and commercial performance management.  

Skills 

  • Strong client servicing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capability.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capability.  
  • Good commercial acumen with the ability to manage revenue, margins, and collection.  
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.  
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
