Job Description:
- Proactively engage with potential and existing sellers to pitch the value and benefits of Shopee Fulfillment Services (FBS) and engage sellers to join the FBS program
- Address seller concerns and feedback with clarity to ensure successful sign-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience
- Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge to provide accurate and consultative support to sellers
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or having less than one year of experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development
- Good at planning, analytical skills, and execution, can work with sellers to plan & achieve monthly/yearly commercial targets
- Strong communication skills, able to prepare, lead, and present in meetings with the seller
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs.
