Job Description:

  • Serve as a key member of the ShopeeFood business development team to define the current landscape, strategize and execute top business development/partnership opportunities.
  • Leverage ShopeeFood's business development network and generate new leads as required to identify opportunities to improve and iterate on merchant initiatives to improve merchant experience.
  • Continuously develop initiatives that are customer centric and ensure all initiatives meet strategy and KPIs.
  • Approach and offer SEA service packages with Enterprise merchants.
  • Managing merchants, setting objectives, developing sales, monitoring performance and planning campaigns to achieve monthly targets.
  • Being responsible for individual & team sales targets.
  • Be the focal point for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Work directly with other sales team members to maximize KPIs.
  • Keep management informed by submitting regular reports and updates.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development (B2B is preferable).
  • Demonstrate strong track record in project management and managing internal/external stakeholders both locally and regionally.
  • Proven ability to blend business, strategy, operations, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted, win-win deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English are a must.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment.
  • Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree.
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Proactive, quick-thinking, and solutions-oriented.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and strong initiative.
  • Results- and numbers-oriented data-driven.
  • Assertive in sales with a strong ambition for long-term career growth.
