About The Team

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at ShopeeFood are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive ShopeeFood to be the No. 1 Food delivery platform in the market. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide ShopeeFood's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description

  • Serve as a key member of the ShopeeFood business development team to define the market landscape, strategize and execute business development plan/partnership opportunities to grow portfolio and market share consistently.
  • Leverage ShopeeFood's business development network and generate new leads as required to identify opportunities to improve and iterate on merchant initiatives to improve merchant experience.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet strategy and KPIs.
  • Craft, approach and consult service packages for both commercial program & media advertising to Enterprise merchants.
  • Manage merchants by setting objectives, developing sales, monitoring performance and planning campaigns to achieve monthly targets.
  • Be responsible for individual & team sales target.
  • Be the focal point for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Work directly with cross-function teams to maximize KPIs.
  • Keep management informed by submitting regular reports and updates.
  • Continuously develop initiatives that are customer centric (merchants) by representing the voice of the customer in all initiatives with the aim of improving lives.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development (B2B is preferable).
  • Demonstrate strong track record in project management and managing internal/external stakeholders both locally and regionally.
  • Proven ability to blend business, strategy, operations, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted, win-win deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment.
  • Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree.
  • Proactive and professional business etiquette.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and strong initiative.
  • Results- and numbers-oriented; data-driven.
  • Growth-Mindset.
