Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic B2B customers to achieve GMV targets and support company growth objectives.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand Kamereo's partnership network.
  • Maintain and update current customer data while continuously developing new customers on a monthly basis.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships, ensuring professional customer service.
  • Closely monitor customer business performance and provide periodic reports and analysis on business results, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Receive and handle customer feedback (both positive and negative), propose improvement solutions to ensure optimal service and product quality.
  • Participate in annual and quarterly business planning and reviews; collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Support, track, and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership commitment.

Qualifications:

  • College or University degree (or higher).
  • 23 years of experience in B2B business development; experience in Horeca is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.
