Manage and develop strategic B2B customers to achieve GMV targets and support company growth objectives.
Identify and approach potential clients to expand Kamereo's partnership network.
Maintain and update current customer data while continuously developing new customers on a monthly basis.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships, ensuring professional customer service.
Closely monitor customer business performance and provide periodic reports and analysis on business results, contracts, and related documentation.
Receive and handle customer feedback (both positive and negative), propose improvement solutions to ensure optimal service and product quality.
Participate in annual and quarterly business planning and reviews; collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Support, track, and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership commitment.
Qualifications:
College or University degree (or higher).
23 years of experience in B2B business development; experience in Horeca is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
