Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Business Operations
- Provide analytical support to help the team achieve sales and collection targets.
- Organize and analyze sales reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contract documentation, acting as the team's central information point.
Customer Relationship Management
- Attend client meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure clear communication.
- Handle daily customer inquiries and orders with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Learn and apply best practices for engaging with key accounts like Watsons and Guardian.
Marketing & Promotion Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback from store teams.
- Manage promotional materials to ensure timely distribution and availability.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize systems to track inventory and support restocking forecasts.
- Compile and analyze store-level sales data to uncover actionable insights.
- Prepare business reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of relevant experience, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Genuine interest in the beauty/personal care sector; familiarity with Watsons, Guardian, or similar retail channels is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in time management.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office; comfort with data analysis is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
