Job Description

The B2B Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding Modern Trade (MT) and wholesale channels, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation capability, and hands-on market execution to achieve business growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work directly with Modern Trade partners (supermarkets, convenience store chains) and wholesale clients
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Build and execute sales and distribution plans tailored to each key account
  • Analyze sales data and propose action plans to drive revenue growth
  • Proactively identify and develop new market opportunities and distribution channels
  • Coordinate with the field team to monitor product availability and merchandising at points of sale
  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-store display programs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and trade policies with customers
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement sales support initiatives
  • Resolve issues arising during cooperation and ensure smooth partnership operations
  • Monitor and report on KPI performance and periodic sales results
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose suitable business strategies
  • Participate in long-term B2B & Modern Trade channel development planning and risk assessment (e.g., price wars, promotional competition)
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager

REQUIREMENTS
  • 12 years of experience in B2B sales, Modern Trade, or key account management
  • Good understanding of the Modern Trade retail market in Vietnam
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and business planning capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
