A. Role Description
In charge of Modern Trade sales channel:
Push Sales-in, sell-out to achieve the sales target (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Collaborating with sales team & internal teams for implementing marketing/sales scheme/trade promotion to maximize the sales revenue.
Tracking display in channel, display by store, by product detail
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client, identifying opportunities for pushing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor & control sales forecasting by customers, months, categories, and models.
Collect & analyze OPSI (Order, Purchase, Sales & Inventory) market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to Line Manager
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
B. Qualifications
1. Education background:
- Bachelor's degree in Audit/ Law or related majors
2. Working experience:
At least 3-5 years of working experience in MT Sales or a similar role.
Having experience in Home Appliance/Consumer Electronics company is preferred.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and customer relationship management.
Strategic thinking and the ability to devise and implement client-centric plans.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
4. Others:
-Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independence under high pressure
