PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking for a Junior Social Media and Merchandising Marketing Coordinator who will support our social media and website product content initiatives by supporting content publishing, tracking channel performance, and ensuring accurate and engaging product information across Zwilling's digital platforms. The role contributes to strengthening brand presence, improving customer engagement, and maintaining consistency across all social and eCommerce touchpoints.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Social Media Management
- Monitor and report on all social channel metrics and social content performance on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and report on top-selling products from each social platform using Salesforce SRC codes on a monthly basis.
- Schedule promotional items to Facebook as link posts.
- Integrate social content into PDPs using both BazaarVoice workflows and embedding content into galleries.
- Schedule videos to YouTube.
- Engage with customers on social media, following approved workflows.
- Schedule content from Brandhub into Falcon as needed.
- Crosspost scheduled/published content to YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and Facebook.
- Create collections for external sharing of content via Brandhub as needed.
- Repurpose content into Pinterest graphics using canva for increased distribution opportunities in the form of gift guides or similar
- Create IG Stories for promotional products using Canva.
Product Content & Website
- Monitor and maintain on-site product accuracy, identifying and correcting issues related to product naming, pricing, attributes, and content to ensure consistency across the e-commerce platform.
- Execute updates within product content and syndication systems (e.g., PCM, ChannelAdvisor, BrandHub), following established processes to support timely on-site changes and requests.
- Apply and validate product attributes and metadata standards, ensuring data integrity and alignment across all digital channels and PDPs.
- Troubleshoot product detail page (PDP) issues and support routine updates to ensure content accuracy across the site.
- Apply basic SEO best practices when updating product titles, descriptions, and merchandising elements (supportive, not strategic).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, or related field.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in MNCs environment
- Experienced with social media management
- Experienced with Canva or similar graphic creation tool
